Access rules: each seat is one named user and permits one active device at a time. The main Admin counts as a seat. To move to another device, sign out first or use the login prompt to sign out of all other devices. Limits are hard plan limits. Monthly plans renew automatically each month; the annual plan renews automatically every 12 months. If a renewal remains unpaid for 8 calendar days, operational access is frozen until payment succeeds. Customer data is retained.
